Return policy

BALMTATTOO.COM through DELAB CARE S.L. offers the possibility of returning your purchases within a maximum period of fifteen days (15) from the date of delivery, provided that the products purchased have not been opened or used and are in perfect condition.

In the case of returns that include several items in promotion (4 × 3 ;  2 × 1 ;  50% discount in the second unit, etc.) it will be necessary to return all items purchased with the promotion. For returns of promotional items whose discount applies to a single item or promotions with a discount on the total of a purchase, the amount to be returned will be that which the customer paid for the item, which will appear on the purchase receipt and not the price that the article had without the promotion.

In the event that you have used discount coupons for your purchase, please note that the value of the discount coupon used will not be refunded. The cost of the return shipment is charged to the customer.

All amounts that would have been previously charged by DELAB CARE S.L. and that they have to be returned to customers, in accordance with the provisions of this clause, will be paid, as far as possible, through the same means of payment that would have been used during the purchase. In the event that the medium used does not allow the realization of fertilizers, DELAB CARE S.L. will return the corresponding amounts by bank transfer.

Please note that your bank may take up to seven days to process the credit. The conditions established for the returns in this clause will be understood without prejudice to the imperative rights that the consumer has in accordance with current legislation. Consequently, when the return is made within the first 15 days from the time of delivery, the provisions of articles 68 and following of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and will prevail over what is established in this clause. Users approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16.

Please note that returns will only reimburse the amount corresponding to that (those) product (s) and not to the shipping costs.

DELAB CARE S.L. reserves the right to refuse returns sent after the deadline, or products that are not in the same conditions in which they were sent to the customer.

Returns of defective products:

By courier company: NACEX. To return a defective item you must follow the following steps:

 

1.Contact immediately with our Customer Service department. You must indicate the order number, the reference of the defective item and a description of the problem.

 

2.Place the defective item together with the proof of purchase in a box or envelope. Preferably in the box with which the delivery of the products was made.

 

3.We will provide you with the information of our courier company and the steps to follow. Upon receipt of the item, DELAB CARE S.L. will proceed to carefully examine the returned product. In the case that the item is defective, we will proceed to the refund of the amount, including the shipping costs as long as there were no more items in the order. Otherwise, the amount corresponding to the defective product will be returned exclusively.

The return will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days after receipt at DELAB CARE S.L. from the article. The provisions of this clause for the return of defective products shall be without prejudice to the imperative rights that the consumer has to repair or replace the product, lower the price or terminate the contract in accordance with the provisions of Chapter II, Title V , Book II of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16.
